Our Projects

Queensland Fauna Management works across a range of conservation and pest animal management projects throughout Queensland. Each project has its own landscape, priorities and field requirements, with QFM volunteers working alongside landholders and conservation partners to support agreed management outcomes.

What Our Projects Aim to Achieve

Across QFM projects, the focus is on practical conservation action, coordinated pest animal management and monitoring of agreed outcomes.

Protect & Restore

Identify, maintain, protect and restore biotic communities.

Plan With Stakeholders

Work with landowners, managers and government departments to identify degradation and establish program goals.

Manage Pest Animals

Create plans for effective feral animal control and undertake organised field activities.

Monitor Outcomes

Monitor responses to organised culls, record appropriate data and establish maintenance programs.
